Terms & Conditions

Charterer - Mentioned at Proforma Invoice/Tax Invoice, or Name (Customer). Owner - SeaLux and/or related third parties.

Agreement to Let and Hire

The OWNER agrees to let the Vessel to the CHARTERER and not to enter into any other agreement for the charter of the vessel for the same period. The CHARTERER agrees to hire the Vessel and shall pay the Charter Fee and any other agreed charges in cleared funds by the dates specified in this Agreement.

Payment

Payment Terms: 50% down payment at the time of booking, balance due before the charter. Catering: 100% of total cost due 7 working days prior to the charter (non-refundable). Payment methods: cash, card link payment, cheque (delivered 5 days prior), or bank transfer (7 working days prior).

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation should be made before departure time via WhatsApp or email at sealux.form.submission@gmail.com, with confirmation from a SeaLux representative for refunding the amount. Cancellation results in forfeiture of deposit. Same-day/time cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Approved refunds are processed within 14-30 days.

Use of the Vessel

Maximum capacity is strictly observed. Guests have access only to public areas; access to control, equipment, and private areas is prohibited. No pets without written consent. Smoking is restricted to designated exterior areas. Zero tolerance for illegal drugs or weapons on board.

Safety & Conduct

Life jackets must be worn when conditions require. Swimming is limited to a safe distance from the vessel. Jumping off the yacht while underway or at anchor is not permitted. The Captain's decision is final regarding safety and law compliance.

Damage & Liability

Any damage caused by the client or guests will be assessed and charged accordingly. Clients are responsible for fines incurred through non-compliance with local marine authority regulations.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeaLux Miami operates, and disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

For the full legal agreement applicable to your specific charter, your SeaLux booking manager will provide the complete signed contract prior to your trip.
